Please place your orders at least 1 week before your designated delivery day. We allocate a lead time of 5 working days to ensure your orders are being dispatched complete and on time.

Our Delivery days:

1. Monday - West Midlands

2. Tuesday - Birmingham

3. Wednesday - Black Country

4. Thursday - East Midlands

5. Friday - West Midlands

For South East & North England (Bi-Weekly) deliveries are on the 2nd and 4th week of each month.

Please note that in order to qualify for free delivery, a minimum order is required as per below:

West Midlands - minimum order of £95 + VAT

East Midlands - minimum order of £125 + VAT

North England and South East - minimum order of £195 + VAT

South Coast of England and West of England - minimum order of £595 + VAT

Non Perishable Goods

When shopping online, we have a 30 day return policy, as per Consumer Rights Act 2015, providing that you return the items in their original condition. Please notify us by email at orders@sweethearticecream.co.uk or by phone 01213582300, within 24 hours of receiving the products and one of our team members will advise you on the returns procedure. Once the return request has been approved as per our company’s refund policy, your account will be credited within 14 days. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. 

Perishable Goods

As we are supplying perishable goods, it is advisable you check the goods upon delivery. In case an item is unsuitable for consumption or damaged, you need to notify us within 24h of the delivery time. You are required to provide evidence (photos or videos) of the product along with the batch number. Your query will go through our internal control process. Once accepted we will replace the items or credit your account within 14 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like fresh or frozen products, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Cancellations

Cancellations requests need to be made by calling the office at 01213582300 before 11am. If your goods have been despatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items.
