It all began in 1985 with founders Mr Phiroz & Mrs Sabiha Sheikh, combining their technical and creative knowledge - developed their one of a kind ice cream and individual desserts.

OUR START

Sabiha and Phiroz Sheikh started making traditional Kulfi and sorbets after their family recipes  at their family home. Soon after, local restaurants started reaching out to buy their unique desserts.

Sweetheart Ice Cream gets featured in Birmingham Daily Mail with the innovative line ‘Wheat Well’, an ice cream made out of wheat grass

Sweetheart Ice Cream is built from the passion of creating the best ice cream and individual desserts, by using high quality sourced ingredients and having meticulous internal quality control processes, the core focus has been on delivering the best product at all times while adding value to your business. Our standards exceed the ones imposed by the enforcement authorities as our manufacturing plant is Salsa Accredited.
