Our Research and Development team is always on the lookout for trends and better ingredients. We change our menu twice a year so we ensure your offering is being made with the best seasonal produce.
We have a great pool of talent with over 25 years experience in the industry, happy to share their knowledge with you. We also host a monthly social meeting where our experts are on hand to show you how it's done. And if you need your staff trained, we can do that too.
ICE CREAM
There are roughly 8 to 9 ice cream scoops per litre, depending on the size of the scoop. Therefore, a 10L has around 80-90 scoops, a 5L tub would have around 45 scoops and a 5.5L would hold 50 scoops.

We recommend using the ice cream within 15 days and the gelato within 7 days of being displayed in the shop freezer.*

DESSERTS
Our individual desserts are freezer to table, meaning you can just get them out of the freezer, plate and serve.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We advise placing an order until 12pm the day before your delivery day, but if you miss the cut off time or for whatever issue you might have, give us a call and we will do everything possible to help.
